Therapy with Louise makes hard subjects easy.

You can go into a session being unsure what you want to say, but Louise makes you feel comfortable enough that you can just spout.

I have gone into many sessions feeling foggy but always come out with a clear head.

I’ve tried counselling with others before and felt lost and disillusioned. Louise suggested Transactional Analysis and she immediately put me at ease, working with me, alongside me all the way.

Louise is open and so easy to talk to, and has made counselling an eye-opening, life-changing and actually enjoyable experience for me. Thank you for all that you do!

Couples Therapy with Louise has been absolute torture (in a good way) – what we mean is, although it has been extremely hard, it has been worth every uncomfortable feeling.

Louise provides an environment that is comfortable and relaxed, giving you the opportunity and support to express how you feel with no judgement.

We both really did struggle to communicate exactly how we felt even about everyday things, now we talk more than we ever have. I personally can now open up more to my husband and have learnt that is ok to be vulnerable sometimes.
